If you wish to order a product via Pošta Slovenije (lighter products) or request delivery (lighter or heavier products), the product is to be paid for via a pro forma invoice, including postage or delivery costs.
Delivery and Acceptance of Goods
By making a purchase, the customer agrees that the company IKI-PRO, Luka Klančišar s.p., may carry out the delivery either by itself or through an external delivery service on any day, regardless of the customer's presence at the delivery address. If the customer is not present at the specified address (billing address or another address provided by the customer at the time of ordering), IKI-PRO d.o.o. reserves the right to leave the goods at the customer's address, which shall be considered as successfully delivered. The company does not assume responsibility for potential theft, damage due to weather conditions, or other circumstances that may occur after the goods have been placed at the delivery address, as these are not subject to complaints.
If the customer does not ensure unloading despite the agreement (DAP offer or written agreement via email), we reserve the right to charge for redelivery in full.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
For products made to order, and for products that include delivery and assembly, payment is made via a pro forma invoice.
Products made to order cannot be returned.

Choosing a Product
On the website www.iki-pro.si, select the product, choose any additional options, and click "Add to Cart". The system will notify you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. If you wish to continue shopping, click the left link "Back to Catalog" to return to the online store.
If you wish to complete the purchase, click the right link "Checkout" and the system will take you to the shopping cart.
Removal of a Product from the Shopping Cart
On the website www.iki-pro.si, there is a shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, where users can view the products they have added while browsing the online store (by clicking on the icon).
If a user wants to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, they must click on the cart icon and the remove cross. If a user wants to add a specific product to the cart, they can continue selecting products.

Prices
All prices listed on the website are inclusive and exclusive of tax.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Payment can be made in cash upon delivery or via the provided pro forma invoice to the seller's bank account.
The provider will issue a receipt to the buyer on a durable medium, detailing the costs.

Although we strive to provide accurate photographs of the items for sale, all photographs should be considered symbolic. Images do not guarantee product properties. Cash on Delivery
Goods purchased through the website www.iki-pro.si are paid for upon delivery to the postal worker or courier.
The delivery of the goods is handled by Pošta Slovenije, usually the next working day, but no later than 3 days from dispatch.
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije; however, the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it fulfills the order more efficiently.
Failure to Collect the Goods
The customer is obliged to collect the ordered goods no later than within 7 (seven) days from the date on which they were notified that the goods are ready for collection.
If the customer fails to collect the goods within the specified period, the seller reserves the right to charge storage fees in the amount of EUR 10.00 per day, increased by the applicable value added tax (VAT), for each day of delay, until the day the goods are actually collected.
The seller shall notify the customer in advance of the commencement of the charging of storage fees (e.g. by an additional reminder), whereby such fees shall begin to accrue after the expiry of an additional period specified in the notice.
The seller also reserves the right, after the expiry of 30 (thirty) days from the date of notification that the goods are ready for collection, to sell or otherwise dispose of the goods, whereby the customer forfeits the right to any amounts already paid, unless otherwise agreed.
Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
In contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they wish to withdraw from the contract, without needing to provide a reason for their decision in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act. The only cost incurred by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The option to withdraw from the contract is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer bears all costs of shipping and/or returning goods in the case of a return. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the company will refund all received payments immediately, or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company will refund the received payments to the consumer using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly requested the use of another payment method and does not incur any costs as a result.
In sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of received payments until the returned goods are received or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, unless the company offers to collect the returned goods itself. If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, you can return them within the legal period of 14 days after receipt, provided that the goods are unused, packed in their original packaging, and/or undamaged. The purchase price will be refunded to the customer in the previously agreed manner, no later than 14 working days from the return of the goods.

The received goods must be returned by the buyer in undamaged condition and in unchanged quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault.

When it comes to the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, it is important to understand that it is about withdrawing from the contract without there being anything wrong with the item itself, but this right is due to the very nature of the contract – the conclusion of the contract at a distance. The right to withdraw from the contract does not mean that the consumer is unaware of what they are purchasing (generally, the consumer knows what they order), but rather allows the consumer to reconsider their decision within the legally prescribed period and, if that decision was hasty, change their mind and withdraw from the contract.
It should also be noted that concluding a contract at a distance does not grant the consumer more rights than concluding a contract in the traditional way (i.e., by visiting a store). Thus, the consumer cannot and must not use the received goods unrestrictedly until the withdrawal from the contract, as this is not a trial purchase where testing the goods is a condition for keeping the contract valid. The consumer is allowed to inspect and test the received goods only to the extent necessary to ascertain the actual condition and as is customary in stores. Any "testing" that goes beyond this can be considered as use of the goods, which means that the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not provide the consumer with any additional rights, but only the possibility to reconsider their purchase decision even after receiving the goods, and if that decision was hasty, to change their mind and withdraw from the contract, without granting them the right to use the goods.
The online store iki-pro.si reserves the right to refuse the return of damaged, used, or products that upon return do not contain all accompanying elements (box, receipt, original packaging, unused, etc.) at the sender's expense. Therefore, we ask you to handle the product economically and carefully so that we can smoothly exchange the product or refund your money. Product Warranty The warranty for products applies to items purchased based on the attached invoice, with the date of sale being the date on the invoice. The warranty is invoked with the invoice or a copy thereof. The warranty for all products is at least 12 months. For products with a longer warranty period, this will be specially marked. The warranty does not apply to consumables!
All factory defects and deficiencies that occur within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.
WISHING TO CLAIM A WARRANTY, WHAT TO DO?
If you wish to exercise your right to claim a warranty, please follow the steps below:

The warranty claim process can be initiated from the moment we receive the written claim for warranty via email or traditional mail.
The company's policy does not allow for the initiation of a warranty claim process verbally over the phone.
Step: A company representative will send you a warranty claim form either by email or traditional mail (depending on how you submitted your warranty claim).
Step: Fill out the warranty claim form and clearly explain the reason for your claim.
Our claims department requires all information marked on the warranty claim form when reviewing each product. If any information is missing, we will contact you again in the same manner you contacted us at the beginning of the warranty claim process, which may prolong the claim process.
Step: The claimed product must be sent back to our company's address in pristine condition or sent back in the same manner it was received.
IMPORTANT: All packages sent to our address with payment on delivery or with the recipient paying for postage will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
For any missing parts of the product or missing accessories, the deduction from the total purchase price will be assessed separately. If you wish to receive a refund during the warranty claim process, the returned product will again become the property of IKI-PRO, Luka Klančišar s.p. If the product is not returned to our address in the same condition as it was sent to the customer, any changes to the product will represent business damage to IKI-PRO, Luka Klančišar s.p.
Step: Once the product and all accompanying documentation arrive at the address of IKI-PRO, Luka Klančišar s.p., it will be reviewed by the claims department. Based on the content of the completed warranty claim form and the findings of the warranty review, a company representative will contact you and inform you of the next steps.
Each case will be resolved individually, depending on the type of warranty claim (withdrawal from purchase - return of goods, warranty). During the process, the claims department may offer you a repair of the product, a replacement of the product, or a refund.
Important:
All functioning products that have been claimed and sent to our address, and on which no defects were found during the warranty review, will be returned at the customer's expense with payment on delivery.
All products leave our distribution center in protective packaging and in perfect condition. Please ensure that the package is delivered in perfect condition. If you notice visible damage to the package upon receipt, you are not obliged to accept such a package and may refuse it. Please also inform us of the refusal of the package due to damage. In the case of visible damage to the packaging or goods, the customer must report the claim to the provider or the delivery service upon receipt of the goods. The customer is not obliged to accept such goods and may refuse the shipment.
Material Defect of the Product When is a defect considered material?
When:
- The item does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for trade.
- The item does not have the properties necessary for a specific use for which the customer is purchasing it, which was known to the seller or should have been known.
- The item does not have the properties and qualities that were explicitly or implicitly agreed upon or prescribed.
- The seller delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown solely for information.
How is the suitability of the item checked?
It is checked against another flawless item of the same type, and also against the manufacturer's statements or indications on the item itself.
When is a defect considered real?
When:
- the item lacks properties necessary for its normal use or for sale,
- the item lacks properties necessary for a specific use for which the buyer purchased it, and which was known to the seller or should have been known,
- the item lacks properties and qualities that were explicitly or implicitly agreed upon or prescribed,
- the seller delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown solely for informational purposes.
How is the suitability of an item checked?
It is checked against another flawless item of the same type, as well as the statements of the manufacturer or the information provided on the item itself.
How is a real defect claimed?
The buyer must inform us of any potential real defect with a precise description of it at their own expense within the legally stipulated timeframe and allow us to inspect the item. Delivery
Goods ordered on the website will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Orders received on weekdays will be dispatched on the same or next working day (if the product is in stock). If the ordered goods are not in stock, we will inform you immediately. Delivery is handled by the Slovenian Post, usually by the next day, but no later than 3 working days from the dispatch of the goods.
